Vision of Sound

Vision of Sound is our concert series that uniquely fuses contemporary music, dance, and digital media, creating a truly integrated artistic experience that pushes the boundaries of traditional performance. In Spring 2027, these performances will feature new works by 5 distinguished composers from across Central New York, with each composition paired with original choreography by 5 regional choreographers. This year’s performances take place February 5-7 at 3 different venues: University of Rochester, Onondaga Community College, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where you will see pieces performed by a brass trio (trumpet, french horn, and trombone), piano and percussion.

*February 5, 2027 – University of Rochester at 7:30pm

February 6, 2027 – Recital Hall in Onondaga Community College at 7:30pm

*February 7, 2027 – Hobart and William Smith Colleges at 3:00pm

*Tickets for these venues will be available through their box offices.
